I don't know if you saw my message to the Navarch, but one of the inmates is someone I consider an enemy. I suppose I wanted to avoid thinking about his presence for a while. Be someone else. And Travis isn't so bad to be around when he's not trying to be antagonistic. And it was so ridiculous I thought everyone would find it funny in the end?

No, you're right to be concerned. This was inappropriate. I suppose I'm learning that graduation doesn't indicate that one is "fixed". Not that I was under that illusion, but this was the exact sort of thing I would have done before and I had hoped I would just know better now?
Essentially, it turns out I still have much to improve upon. Perhaps so did the wardens at the last ship. Probably we all do.

i just said to someone the other day that this place is about the choices we make learning to make better ones it isn't just for the inmates i think just that the wardens are coming at it from a different perspective
we all have things we're trying to change about ourselves and that's the thing about change it's always a struggle if it were easy none of us would be here everyone is bound to make a mistake now and again even wardens
so i guess what i mean to say is if you feel like this is more than a temporary setback you shouldn't you're still growing and that's okay :)
