Anyway, think the dude needs compassion. i just know a thing or two about digging the hole even deeper cause you think the world's against you and harsh punishments like this just prove your paranoia correct.

I was an inmate myself, for good reason. I know punishment isn't ideal. In this instance, confinement is in his best interest. He's far more likely to take foolish, dangerous risks after failing once. And he'll be given more productive tasks to focus on once we leave port.
( cool, he guesses. he has a lot to say, well a lot of thoughts but weirdly enough he's... keeping them to himself, for now. doesn't know theo enough but. whats done is done and he's also calmed down since his initial 'got a bone to pick' feeling )
