He puts a positive spin on it. And he doesn't even have the decency to be self-serving about it. It's all ideology. As if killing thousands of his own people was somehow the best thing for them.

I'm not sure if any of the current wardens are equipped for the sort of challenge he raises. But if he's to be in anyone's hands to start, I'm glad their yours. Even if you've got a whole other inmate to consider.
